Jackie Lefton



Jackie has over 25 years of consulting and line of business leadership experience in technology, financial services and health care industries. 


Jackie provides change strategy and execution, strategic planning, program management and business process improvement solutions.  This includes assessing business landscapes and operating models, defining goals, identifying performance gaps, building organizational capabilities, and recommending strategies, gaining alignment and building strong coalitions for change. It also includes mobilizing internal client teams and resources, and designing and driving implementations.


Notable clients include Cisco, Western Digital, Symantec, NetApp, United Health Group, Kaiser Permanente and Bank of America.


Terry Theisen


For more than 25 years, Terry has helped companies ranging from startups to the Fortune 500 as a leader and change agent.  He has a strong track record of designing and implementing customer acquisition strategies, launching new business ventures, introducing new solutions and service offerings, and leading complex change efforts that transform business capabilities in technology, health care, financial services and retail industries.   


Prior to founding Consynity in 2001, Terry was head of global customer service for CCH Incorporated and later head of service strategy at Aspect Communications, imagining and implementing new service models that help make both companies industry leaders in customer loyalty.


Another measure of the impact Consynity has had for our clients are the seven companies that we’ve helped build new capabilities and drive growth that resulted in our clients’ being acquired by industry leaders Hewlett-Packard, SoFi, Symantec, and others.
